This wine has great persistence, in line with the great vintages.

CHATEAU COUHINS BLANC 2021

€31.00
Château Couhins Blanc 2021, a Graves Grand Cru Classé, is based on the subtle aromatic expression of Sauvignon grapes grown on clay-limestone terroirs where they have matured slowly in climatic conditions that are particularly suited to them. Fruity notes of citrus (orange), pineapple and peach are present, along with floral fragrances and the characteristic minerality. On the palate, the wine takes its place from the outset, expressing itself with power and dynamism. The acidity, Couhins' signature limestone, is perfectly integrated into its curve. A wine of character that persists and endures.  The quality of this great white wine, marked by its terroir, confirms the value of our agro-ecological choices in the vineyard and the importance of observation and feeling, particularly in our cellars.
