On the palate, it has great salinity and a fine balance between volume on the attack and a welcome freshness that carries the wine through to the finish. Château Couhins blanc 2019 offers an expressive nose of ripe fruit, lemon, zesty orange, passion fruit and smoky notes.The graphite and saline palate, ample and acidic, lengthens to the salivating lemon, lemon confit finish. Balanced and accomplished, a fine representative of the appellation.
Château Couhins blanc 2018 is characterized by its delicate bouquet of spring flowers (lilac, acacia) and citrus fruit. On the palate, this wine possesses great complexity: fatness, volume, but also plenty of freshness and a silky touch.
