On the palate, this wine possesses great complexity: fatness, volume, but also plenty of freshness and a silky touch. Château Couhins 2021 has a dense purple color, with an aromatic palette in which the floral notes of Cabernet Sauvignon from gravelly terroirs assert themselves. This is followed by aromas of ripe black fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, this wine has a velvety texture, with volume and surprising freshness after such a hot summer. This wine has great persistence, in line with the great vintages.
